In 2007, O'Hayer co-founded Vital Farms, pioneering commercial-scale pasture-raised eggs and taking the company public on NASDAQ in 2020. Throughout his entrepreneurial career spanning over 50 businesses, he has also launched ventures in barter exchange, travel publishing, yacht chartering, and private aviation.
