“Oftentimes what you want to do is make sure you have the right process Before you put it in the system, right? Like you need to define the sales methodology before you put it in the system. You need to define like, and so what you will likely do is you will do a few revs outside of a system before we actually put it into a tool, right? And that is actually good practice, right? So if you see people are saying, Hey, let's just continue to work out of Google sheets or whatever tool that you use right now, and then we'll see if this sits and then I'm going to put it in the system. I think that works, right? Like it's okay for a little bit of time to get it right in, in a place and then put it in the system, because then that is where you feel like, yes, I, it makes sense for me to land here.”
