“I put together a 100 day plan. And it was a 100 day plan that had four main pieces to it. The first piece was to model zero tolerance, complete an investigation and to really let people know that we have zero tolerance. For sexism, for racism, for sexual harassment, misconduct, and false allegations. I mean, all of it. We're just not going to tolerate it. And so that means that if some people need to go, then they need to go. The second piece was to develop a Mavs women's agenda. Empowering women, elevating women, and then now we laid out a whole culture transformation agenda. What needs to happen around here? What's our diversity and inclusion strategy? How are we going to address culture? And then just basic operational effectiveness, looking at gender pay equity, looking at market-based compensation, performance reviews, just the basic things you need to run a business, which is what I have been used to for 36 years.”
