There's a lot of third party tools to manage employees in Portugal or Manila or Canada or whatever, South America. And they're just saying, you know what? Stock options are gonna be for like an elite group, the top 10% of the company. And then we're gonna automate the rest of the jobs with AI and we're gonna outsource and have hourly workers or full-time contractors outside the United States. It's the undeniable trend.”
