After joining Google in 2004, Pichai led product development for foundational products including Google Chrome, ChromeOS, and Google Drive, and later oversaw Android. He became CEO of Google in 2015 and CEO of parent company Alphabet in 2019, leading the company's strategic transition into artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and quantum technology.
