Chris Best is the co-founder and CEO of Substack, an online platform providing publishing and subscription monetization tools for independent writers, podcasters, and creators. Before starting Substack in 2017, he co-founded the mobile messaging application Kik Messenger and served as its Chief Technology Officer.
