Rick Caruso is an American developer and the founder of Caruso, creating Southern California retail and mixed-use properties such as The Grove and Palisades Village. A Los Angeles civic leader, he formerly chaired the Los Angeles Police Commission and was the runner-up in the 2022 Los Angeles mayoral election.
