“You hire people, you know, generally within the first month that they're not going to work out, but I have like a soft spot for people. And so I hope that they change. I hope it's going to get better. So the big, I know it may, Cliche, but I guess the biggest part for me is just like, you know, hire quickly, fire quickly. I just am not good at that. So, cause I just, I want to hold on that. Like, I know they can get better. You know, can I change them? Can I get them to work the way I want them to work? And so you know, I would say, you know, 12 years, you know, plus into this, I still struggle with that. You can tell within, I mean, maybe even a couple of weeks if they're going to be long-term employees. And yet you let them stay for six months or 12 months”
