“Brex launched in June of 2018. We had monthly targets for June, July, August, September, October, November, December. The year of 2019, we switched to quarterly targets. And so we said at the beginning of 2019, where do we want to be in the month of March? Where do we want to finish March? Now that doesn't mean that we didn't have January and February targets. We did. It just means that we set targets three months in advance. Because we had a little bit more historical data going into 2019 than we could use to leverage a few months out. We did the same thing for the rest of 2019. We set quarterly targets, and then 20 20 we moved to annual targets.”
