“What we found, the nuance on that was because we hadn't done SAS before our customers didn't really believe we could develop the car and deliver it to them. The car for us is the end-to-end talent platform. So we needed to deliver some faster horse features, if you will. And so when they asked us for better Boolean search or some DE&I functionality, we focused on delivering that in the roadmap. For two reasons. One, ah, it was valuable to clients. Two, it built the trust so that then we could lead them to our vision of the future with this end-to-end recruiting platform.”
