“If you think about consumer SMB and enterprise in the consumer side, it's the wallet is not the same as SMB. The value props are not as clear as SMB because SMB is a business. And so if you could probably clear ROI, there's real spend there to be had on the other side, enterprise. You got to go through procurement. You got to go through long sales cycles. And that's not easy for a startup. Not to say you can't build great consumer enterprise businesses, but SMB is kind of the sweet Goldilocks in the middle.”
