Because like the way agent navigates Gmail is like pretty different compared to the way sort of a human navigates Gmail. An example would be like, okay, if I take an email out and that email has extremely long contacts, and if you feed it directly to the agent will just break, right? Because, like, it just can't consume that much context, right? But a human could essentially keep consuming context, keep figuring out, like, in going about it.
