Soham Ganatra, co-founder of Composio, explains his philosophy on delaying aggressive monetization during early-stage product development.
“For me, at least the way I used to think about it was, like, a lot of these folks are, like, independent developers who are doing personal projects because they're, like, very interested in the new tech, and, like, to charge them right now is, like, kind of a disservice to them as well as me because the value they get is they want to build something cool. The value I get is, like, I get to learn from what they're building to how to improve the product, and, like, pricing is something that we can all, like, getting value out of the product is something we can always do later.”
