“I'm voting more also because there are statistics around what happened with like mental health and community involved, community involvement and, you know, belonging since 2019. And it is, I mean, everyone I think knows this, but it's totally plummeted. Down to barely anything, and so I really do think there's gonna be a bottom we hit at some point, which forces people to rank the priority of being with other humans over the flexibility of their time, and that will be better for their mental health and so I think we're gonna go back to that framework, but I do think the hours will continue to be flexible, like, must be in office every day from, 10 to three or something, so that if you need to pick up your kids from school or whatever, like, there are opportunities to do that.”
