Wendy Kopp is renowned for creating Teach For America in 1989—originating from her Princeton University undergraduate thesis—to mobilize college graduates to teach in under-resourced schools across the United States. In 2007, she co-founded Teach For All to expand the model globally into a network spanning over 60 countries.
