In 1999, Beck co-founded the luxury beauty retail chain and spa Bluemercury, expanding it to over 150 locations before selling it to Macy's for $210 million in 2015. She also co-founded M-61 Laboratories and serves as CEO and Director of The Beauty Health Company.
