Manish Poddar founded The House of Rare in 2015 alongside his wife Akshika Poddar, launching the menswear brand Rare Rabbit and later expanding into womenswear and children's fashion. Originating from his family's garment manufacturing business, he built the retail apparel company into an omnichannel operation with over 100 stores across India.
