John Riccitiello is an American business executive best known for leading Electronic Arts as CEO and subsequently steering Unity Technologies through its 2020 IPO until stepping down in 2023. Earlier in his career, he co-founded the private equity firm Elevation Partners, and in 2024, he became a co-owner of the equipment maker Gratz Pilates.
