James Reinhart co-founded ThredUp in 2009 while a graduate student at Harvard, scaling it into an online consignment marketplace and taking it public in 2021. Before ThredUp, he worked in education, co-founding the Beacon Education Network and helping develop the Pacific Collegiate School.
