Ellen Latham developed "The Ultimate Workout" and co-founded Orangetheory Fitness in 2010, helping scale the boutique fitness concept to over 1,500 studios globally before its 2024 merger. She also authored the book PUSH and previously operated Ellen's Ultimate Workout studio in Florida.
