During a 23-year career at Goldman Sachs, he co-developed the Black-Litterman Global Asset Allocation Model and headed firm-wide risk management. He later co-founded systematic asset manager Kepos Capital, authored Modern Investment Management, and chaired the CFTC's Climate-Related Market Risk Subcommittee.
