“I use the podcast as my networking I just find it to be the most natural because when you're doing a networking event, you have to see after you start talking to them, as you're saying, you have to try, you have to talk to someone first and go, oh, okay. Yeah. I want to talk to this person or no, I don't want to talk to this person. But when someone emails me with their bio, I know instantly if I'm going to be interested in this person. And so I get to pre-screen the people that I interact with every day. And so the podcast has been an amazing networking platform for me and being the person who's created this gives me a lot of value that naturally attracts people to me.”
