“And so one of the kind of conundrums that you face when you're building a marketplace is you kind of almost have to bet am I a marketplace or am I a SaaS business? There's very few examples of people doing it well at the same time, and so, you know, you might think about, like, Upwork is a marketplace, but they also have some upgrades on both sides of the transaction for SaaS, but there's very, very few examples of players being able to do both well, so we're really dialing it in until we roll it out.”
