So, the script would actually pick up the chat, because the chat is displayed on the user's end, right? And so, whenever a lead would come in and they say, hey, I'm looking for ah, let's say social media manager, then I would say, oh, that's beautiful. We have that. Let's talk about that. And by me typing that in and showing up on the user's end, the Google tag manager would know, oh, that's a good lead, and they would instantly report it.”
