A Yeah, absolutely. We are a small business hiring tool, and what we do is we help, uh, when, let's say you're a small business, a restaurant or a retail shop, and you wanted to hire people, instead of having to go to a number of different, uh, job sites and post a job at each one, we help you distribute the job, and then, uh, we help you, uh, collaborate with other managers to, to make sure that you can, you hire the right person. Uh, a big differentiator for us is our mobile tool. So we have a, uh, um, probably one of the best mobile apps in the business, uh, and native apps in both, uh, iOS and Android, uh, where people were can, can collaborate for the hiring on a directly from, from their phones. And we're the only app and the app store that allows you to post jobs directly from your phone.
