Q So, uh, this is, you know, very much a pay as you go model. Yes. And how's it work? So, so what would someone expect to pay?
A Uh, so if you're an individual like yourself, um, you would come to the site, and you would tell us, you know, where you want to go, and if you have any frequent flyer miles, or any credit card points, um, anything like that, um, you'll launch a trip, you, we authorize your credit card, um, for the, the minimum fee is 50 dollars, um, and that's for just a normal trip, either going one way, or round trip, um, to anywhere in the world, uh, and then you'll get, um, Instantly match to an expert on our side, and you'll talk back and forth, um, you know, they'll ask any questions that they need to ask, and then they'll give you, uh, an itinerary or three, um, depending on, you know, what's, what kind of itineraries are available, um, for your trip, and then, you know, you decide which one you like, or, um, tell them, you know, that the layover's too long, or whatever, and we'll go back and search again, uh, and then we'll, I help you book. And for, for companies, it's a little different. We, we book for companies. So we manage, we manage a bit more for them.

Q Yep. No, it's great. And then it lets, so that's helpful to understand a product. Take us back to some history here and let's learn more about you. When did you launch this business?
A Uh, we launched it in 2012 and it's been through, um, a lot of different cycles, a lot of different pivots, um, on the way it works. Uh, but we originally launched it as, A contest based crowdsource system where, uh, you would launch, you would launch a trip, um, and say, you know, that you wanted the cheapest flight to Paris, say, um, and there would be multiple experts, um, on the other side competing against each other to find the cheapest price. Um, but we found in the end that, you know, there were a small number of experts winning the majority of those contests. So, um, I think it was in 2013 or two, early 2014, we switched the model to a one-on-one, um, uh, model where we would just match you to, you know, the expert who was likely going to win your contest in the end anyway. So you don't have to go back and forth with multiple people. Um, So that, yeah, so that really changed the way our, our business worked and the way, uh, customers were feeling about the product because, you know, there, there wasn't so much back and forth.
