The Exchanges

Every argument clarity score on this site is built from rows on this page. Each question and answer was assessed with names hidden, the host's own answers included, on four things from 1 to 5: directness (does it answer the question asked), coherence (do the ideas follow), precision (concrete details and clear references), compression (says a lot per word). The weighted mix (30/30/25/15) is the exchange score. A person's published score averages their exchange scores on raw tape only, at least 8 of them, shrunk toward the cohort mean. Full method →

Danielle Morrill no published score: no usable exchanges on raw tape, and a fair score needs 8+ record → ← everyone

Every exchange below was scored with names hidden, four dimensions each from 1 to 5. An exchange's score is 0.30·directness + 0.30·coherence + 0.25·precision + 0.15·compression. The published score averages the raw tape exchange scores and shrinks small samples toward the cohort mean, so five great answers can't beat twenty good ones. Produced feed rows count only toward coarse estimates, never toward a full score.

Q Yeah, so your hunch is kind of like, right now, where you currently are, it's maybe 25, thirty-k. Ever. You're seeing a lot of early indications that it's actually way higher than that, maybe a 50 K in the next 12 months. So what are you willing to then spend to acquire that customer?

A Yeah. So it's interesting. We just started having a formal marketing program. We, our VP of marketing started eight weeks ago. So, so historically, I don't have good data historically. I mean, it's really just the total cost operating the business. Um, we did a lot of content, but you know, I think we'd be willing to spend a year or two of their value. Okay. I actually, I strongly believe that in fast, like everything gets better over time if you can just survive the slog. So since we're trying to build a company that's going to continue to have hyper growth, We have to be willing to invest and believe that those customers can become more valuable, that we can make them more valuable by building more things they'll pay for.

AI assessment note: “I think we'd be willing to spend a year or two of their value.”
