An LLM assessed 358 question → answer exchanges, the host's own answers included. Speaker names were hidden during assessment. Each exchange was marked answered, partly, redirected or not addressed, with a quote as its source. Every exchange below is timestamped and plays. How it works →
These readings are observational: the transcript shows whether the question was answered directly, whatever the reason. It is an AI reading of a public exchange, never a claim about intent, and the tape is one tap away on every row. full disclaimer →
Every one of the 328 people on the record is accounted for: 1 carry a full rate (8 or more assessed questions on raw tape), 63 more have their questions counted (11 of them with at least one not answered directly; too few raw questions for a fair percentage, edited feed included), and the remaining 264 never took a direct question in any tape we hold: compilations, panels and cameo appearances leave nothing to assess.
The small samples
All 63 people with fewer than 8 assessed questions on raw tape. A percentage on a sample this small would mislead, so these are counts, not rates, and the edited feed is included. highest rate none identified small samples

The moments, on tape
The question Jason asked, then the AI assessment note from the answer. Tap to play the moment. Not addressed = the question was not engaged; redirected = acknowledged, then steered elsewhere.
“So the, yeah, we, we see a future where we can pull out more of the professional services either Automating into the platform or with partner programs, and I'm, I want to think about the timing of that. How long do we intentionally stay close to customers and embrace the professional services versus start to build those kind of programs?”
answered: “the question is if you have one of these businesses where services really enable the product”
“How do you actually make the agent great?”
answered: “we think of it as our inside agent, it helps you run your business”
“Um, but I actually think it always works. It always works in the metrics and with teams that you always get a boost when you segment your teams and your data, right?”
answered: “Another insight that I can share is that, um, you know, companies are always”
“Hi. What about moving towards product-led growth and how do you balance your team while you're moving to product-led growth?”
answered: “I will answer a, a variant of what you're asking based on the conversation”
“What percent of folks are using Glean in the quad today instead of, instead of using the app?”
answered: “But the interesting thing is the more that usage happens in clouds of the world”
“Yeah, so what do you recommend, your top three recommendations to go faster?”
answered: “Next year I'll have concrete answers. I'm still learning, right?”
“Are they getting close to programming in English, to coding in English? Do they still need to understand code or do you think they can almost code in English?”
answered: “So there's a little course we teach internally about system decomposition”
“So that your templates, your imaging will work, right?”
answered: “Yeah. And so that's why for this scale where we're making one back”
“And, yes, and who would be a great person to consult with on that specifically?”
answered: “I don't know. Um, I mean, a lot of the best SaaS investors”
“It's a, and I don't think Shopify got there without payments. We could Debate whether that's multi-product, but it probably is, but no one gets, so you've got to figure out that strategy, if for no other, if TAM is a big reason, but if you'll never get that stickiness without the second, third, fourth, fifth product to add, right?”
answered: “We had a problem with that, with explaining it to investors”
“That was just as common. The person that was brought in to be the CCRO or the CCCO laughed, and that person is, is running the place today still, right?”
answered: “so many times it seems like there's an instant fix that that top person's”
“I don't think any of that stuff's true. Yeah.”
answered: “I don't think VCs care about the rule of 40 per se.”
“And we may, if you're, if, and I think we may be playing, spending too many mental calories and playing too many games on pricing when we should focus more on closing customers in a low friction manner, right? I think this is over overdone this issue, right?”
answered: “I think the deeper insight here... is just to not overindex on social media”
“But like, Have you tried to do that with Parker?”
answered: “I've known him a little bit over the years. I'm being, I mean,”
“Okay. So what would you do if you were in my shoes?”
answered: “Let's step back for a minute. I've gotten the build or buy speech before.”
Percentages come from raw unedited recordings only: produced podcast audio has tangents and stumbles cut in the edit, which moves the speaker up by about 12 percentile points. The small-sample counts include the produced feed. This is a reading of a transcript. It is not an accusation of dishonesty, and there are many good reasons not to answer a question directly (confidential numbers, unreleased products, someone else's news to break).
