“Three ways that we've done that in our own practice is one, create retrospectives with your leadership team after every meeting. So after a cab call, bring together your internal, ah, stakeholders. Ask them questions like, what went well? What did you love? What didn't go well? And what would you want to change off of that? If you're doing this right after the call, you're essentially creating a game plan for the next quarter. And just, if you're doing that over and over again throughout the year, you're improving the quality of your customer advisory board.”
