“Normally in software, you have this power law of like how good your users are, your products. Do you got a couple of really advanced users? Maybe you put them on a customer panel together. You bring them in and it really wants pushing the limits, but then you have a lot of users that are novices and that's no different for Klaviyo, right? We have a lot of, we have a, we work with a lot of businesses where people have maybe an hour to a week to use our software and that's it. They just don't have the time and the bandwidth to get super advanced. No matter how good our software is. So you can imagine there's kind of this distribution, right? We have very few really great users. And then a lot of users that are kind of novices. Agents change that entirely. With agents, they go straight to the most advanced users. And we actually think sit to the right of them. All the agents from day one are power users.”
