The Exchanges

Every argument clarity score on this site is built from rows on this page. Each question and answer was assessed with names hidden, the host's own answers included, on four things from 1 to 5: directness (does it answer the question asked), coherence (do the ideas follow), precision (concrete details and clear references), compression (says a lot per word). The weighted mix (30/30/25/15) is the exchange score. A person's published score averages their exchange scores on raw tape only, at least 8 of them, shrunk toward the cohort mean. Full method →

Every exchange below was scored with names hidden, four dimensions each from 1 to 5. An exchange's score is 0.30·directness + 0.30·coherence + 0.25·precision + 0.15·compression. The published score averages the raw tape exchange scores and shrinks small samples toward the cohort mean, so five great answers can't beat twenty good ones. Produced feed rows count only toward coarse estimates, never toward a full score.

Q like, it was like Soma for a while, right? It was like Soma there, but now everything's back. Folks went home and let's talk about Atlanta, Austin and Miami where folks actually kept working in the office, but what's, is it true? What's the tech thing like? Who, and you work a lot with tech, tech focused media. It sounds like they're back at the office with a passion, right?

A They, they are. I think, um, for sure. For sure. I think the, the, the, the level of activity, I know you want to talk about the, it's called the household names, but in reality we have to, because they're the ones that drive growth and they're the ones that the mid markets then follow. So when you see, you know, the big tech companies further committing to New York as over this period of time, uh, for the past 20 plus months. And then in addition, they are continue to grow in, in this respective market has a full on trickle down effect to the mid market growth companies. So you, so I like the Roku's, TikTok, all these companies have kind of established themselves and are further growing in this market. And then, you know, taking it one step further, then you go to the next level, level of growth that, you know, Planning that, that, you know, 300 to 500 seats of full growth mode.

AI assessment note: “They, they are. I think, um, for sure. For sure.”
