The Exchanges

Every argument clarity score on this site is built from rows on this page. Each question and answer was assessed with names hidden, the host's own answers included, on four things from 1 to 5: directness (does it answer the question asked), coherence (do the ideas follow), precision (concrete details and clear references), compression (says a lot per word). The weighted mix (30/30/25/15) is the exchange score. A person's published score averages their exchange scores on raw tape only, at least 8 of them, shrunk toward the cohort mean. Full method →

Amelia Salyers no published score: only 4 usable exchanges on raw tape, and a fair score needs 8+ · coarse estimate ≈4.0/5 from 4 raw tape exchanges record → ← everyone

Every exchange below was scored with names hidden, four dimensions each from 1 to 5. An exchange's score is 0.30·directness + 0.30·coherence + 0.25·precision + 0.15·compression. The published score averages the raw tape exchange scores and shrinks small samples toward the cohort mean, so five great answers can't beat twenty good ones. Produced feed rows count only toward coarse estimates, never toward a full score.

Q we ever could, right? Um, and so, running this pension with these obscure financial regulations, with a pension broker who won't, who just yells at us and never explains any of the issues, we were stymied. We couldn't get help for years on how the hell this pension works. Um, but, 10 K, our, our AIVP revenue knows all the data, right? So you asked Claude to ask 10 K.

A Yes, I asked Claude. I was like, okay, since we have this new MCP, I'm going to hook all my apps up, which included a 10 K with all of our financials. And then I gave Claude all of our pension docs, right? Like the, the plan, um, how much it's vested, how it works, the minimums. Then I gave him, I actually didn't have to give him my emails because Claude has my emails where Replit doesn't, but Claude's already hooked up to my Gmail. So I said, hey, can you also look through my emails? Of all the emails about the pension between the brokers, the tax team, the two part-time people on our finance team, like, just look it all up so you have all the context and all the recent docs, because they're telling me I need to, like, fund, fund it right now, like, today, or something dire's gonna happen, and I just don't think that's true. And so between the two of them together, because Replit and TenK's agent has all of our financials, they could see what we already accrued into the pension. I gave that to Claude. Claude looked through all my emails, got all that data, and then right away understood something that we could never get help on in a minute.

Q the, is where the Saster AI Day website is built. So Claude, Claude can MCP into Higgs field, and then it can MCP into the site, talk to the site, get context from the site, see what the sessions are, see who the speakers are for digital AI day, right? And then take that and then push it into Higgs field by MCB and generate, generate the, the ads, right?

A Higgs field. And then, and again, the benefit now I'm realizing just, we've only been on this a couple, it's literally happened this week. So it's only been a couple of days of Replit and Claude MCP, but because again, uh, Claude has so many more native connectors, um, and because it has co-work, like it literally just opened my Vector account and it was like, hey, authorize your LinkedIn and I'm gonna push this ad audience you already had in Vector Um, to LinkedIn so that you can start retargeting for AI day. Now I'm going to use Higgs fields to make the ads. And then all you have to do is basically hit the publish button. So again, Claude has more autonomy outside of Replit, which is kind of cool. So the two of them together, I've already, this is why I was like, I've already found, this is probably going to be my orchestration layer. I'm not going to build one because with cowork, he can just do things on my computer, in my browser, in my accounts for me. Um, And then tell me when it's ready to go, have me check it, and then hit publish. Like, that's pretty great. It's pretty great.

Q designed to do multiple campaigns, multiple ICPs, I, I think, right? Yeah. Not all just one, so. Isn't that a, a use case there that these agents are designed to do anyway? Is this a big deal? And why is it more of a big deal? Why would you, why, why is it hard? It's work, but why is it hard? Isn't it just like another campaign in a way?

A Yeah, I think my biggest learning in rescaling them, it is another campaign. It's setting it up slightly differently. That's not that huge of a deal or that big of a learning. I think the biggest learning is because we've been so seasonal, if you will, our events have hard dates, right? Like Um, part of that, the agent benefited from. I used to think our sales team benefited the most from the seasonality of the closer you get to the event, the easier it is to sell things to people who want a booth at the event, and it's in 90 days. Either you're gonna say yes or no, you're not gonna say I have to wait for budget, or I have to, you know, evaluate the other things we're gonna do. You're gonna do it or you're not, quite frankly. Like, um, I didn't realize until this week that the agents had actually benefited From that, maybe as much as our sales team had, because they also had the benefit of not, of not promoting an evergreen product. They also had real deadlines that they could then say to people, like, here are the dates for Saster, here's the ROI, here's XYZ thing, in a way that they can only do, because the, I didn't realize until now, the agents felt the pressure of the time and the seasonality of

Q Um, well, it's clawed underneath, but yeah, it's hard to know whether that week is an hour or whether it's a real week. It really depends on how they're calculating it, but it said a week, right?

A It said a week. And honestly, I've been working on it for the bulk of this week. I was, cause we started at the beginning of this week. Um, I've been working on it the bulk of this week. We're actually almost done, so I would say in it, it has taken about a week to get through the whole of the list, but some things it said, like last night, it said it was gonna, it was gonna need the whole night to move these 200 marketing campaigns over from Marketo to Salesforce. I was like, this is something I don't want to do. Like, we, Tenke went in to both platforms because he has both APIs. He said, okay, I see what you've done on the foundation. The first thing I want to do, you know, there was some marketing stuff we had to set up, some more flows, make sure everybody who was subscribed to the, each of the SAS or newsletters got resubscribed in Salesforce. Fine. We don't, that stuff's boring. The, the cool part of the agent headless mind you, he went into Marketo and this was towards the end of the day yesterday. He said, here you have like 500 or like a thousand campaigns if you count all the email because each email is its own campaign. He's like, I don't suggest you migrate those. I was like, no, I don't want those. Like, is it nice to know who opened an email? Sure, but unless it's, you know, for analytics, they don't really need it, and we could just port the analytics out separat…
