“The hardware stuff that does work as a startup tends to have an enterprise use case of some kind that enables it to, you know, really have a business model straight out of the gate. And those tend to be, you know, in the case of zip line, it was healthcare and logistics and delivery in parts of Africa, where, where there was no delivery infrastructure or it's military or, you know, et cetera, because you can get direct contracts and Build revenue, you know, very quickly, very early so that you have a pathway to low cost capital. But other than that, like, it's very hard to do anything.”
