“Once you get into a business partnership with a friend, the friendship gets totally sublimated to the business partnership. So a lot of the stuff that you used to talk about or do, you don't have time to do because you've got to work on this little growing baby company. And so it went from what was really fun and kind of the laissez faire world of friendship where you talk about the things you want to talk about and do whatever's fun and support each other when things are difficult. And it actually flips that. It takes away all the fun. The support that you need, you're no longer going to get from that person. Except for very fortunate friends and business partners where it can kind of all the magic can come together.”
