A Yeah, absolutely. So, um, I grew up with humble beginnings and it's been really, um, there's been real challenges, real trade-offs, rejections, and failures along the way. Uh, the space is not necessarily built for someone like me to thrive in. So my question is, um, Sir Richard, you have built an incredible purpose-led global empire in some of the most competitive and capital intensive industries. Um, what helped you stay bold and mission-driven when the odds were stacked against you and resources were tight? And, Guy, I'd love to hear from your vantage point as well. What advice would you give a founder, um, like me that's building with deep purpose in an industry where those values can be at odds and where, you know, the lack of capital remains our biggest challenge?
