Jayant Mukhopadhyay conducts quantitative modeling and technical assessments on aviation decarbonization, focusing on zero-emission propulsion systems including hydrogen and electric aircraft. Holding a Ph.D. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University, he authored benchmark ICCT studies evaluating clean aircraft performance, range limits, and climate impacts.
