Jacob Appel is a Danish tech entrepreneur based in Malta who co-founded food delivery service Time to Eat and scaled the Bolt franchise across Malta, Cyprus, and Tunisia before selling the business. He subsequently founded Binderr, a platform focused on AML/KYC compliance, client onboarding, and corporate services marketplace solutions.
