After serving as Head of Spotify Labs and CEO of Digg, Liu served from 2017 to 2022 as CEO of the South China Morning Post. Today, he leads Terminal 3, a Hong Kong–based Web3 identity and data infrastructure platform focused on decentralized privacy and zero-knowledge credentials.
