David Adelman is an American billionaire businessman who scaled Campus Apartments into one of the United States' largest student housing development and management companies. He co-founded alternative asset manager FS Investments, runs family office Darco Capital, and holds an ownership stake in the Philadelphia 76ers and New Jersey Devils.
