In 2012, Colin co-founded Customer.io, bootstrapping and scaling the automated customer messaging and engagement platform into a business generating over $100M ARR. In 2006, he gained early recognition for launching the open contest to run Windows XP on Intel Macs, which directly inspired the creation of Devpost.
