“And so for us, we changed the rule to be, like, if you're discussing something for, like, 15 minutes, at that 15 minute mark, just, you gotta stop and go on to whatever the next thing you have to do, like, to get to, like, what you say is default action. And when we said, like, all discussions that have been paused, we set a time for this, and we set it, like, at the end of the week on Friday when the team meets together. It ended up being, like, 90% of the time, once they slept on it, they didn't even have to have a discussion. They just magically figured something out, or had to compromise, or realized something wasn't a big deal.”
