answered: “I'm self-taught, as I said, so if, if I go way back”

“Were you aware that earlier today, the U S increased the tariffs by another hundred percent on China?”

answered: “There's challenges all the time. I started this business in 2008”

“How many people do you have in that position?”

answered: “I believe that you hire people because you believe that they're smart.”

“Um, and sometimes we say and do things without realizing it, and that was a huge lesson for me, and, and ever since then, I've, I've been a lot happier thinking about, like, the way I communicate with other people. Um, so what's, what's the last time you felt shame?”

answered: “That's a great story and a great example, and I love how you shared”

“What did you expect about the race? That you had totally wrong that you discovered on the day of.”

answered: “I had for the first time in my life this last week, then my perfect race”

“How many people do you have in that position?”

answered: “I believe that you hire people because you believe that they're smart.”

“What's an example of something you noticed in the law change and how you were able to implement that?”

answered: “So, a long time ago, uh, net 30 came about before I was born”

“Keep doing this thing that you know is wrong, but how do you give them that? How do you empower them to then go on and create what the future of work is supposed to be so that their kids and their kids and their kids want to work, want to do something for value.”

answered: “I don't think it's work that people are afraid of. I think it's”

“And from our previous conversation, you told me that you invest in Latin American based startups that focus on AI. So from that kind of point of view, how do you see AI changing Latin America?”

answered: “thesis like most, most focused on Latin America because initially it was global.”

“Sorry, that happened so long ago. So, so, is networking something that you specifically teach your NQBs, or how do you think about helping them in that regard?”

answered: “networking is a basic skill every entrepreneur or individual should have”

“I just was curious if like a purely protein based break fast would change that for you. Who knows?”

answered: “Right. So I get most of my protein from, uh, like plants and nuts”

“And so your company is able to grow less and the growth happens slower. What happened in your life that made you come to this realization that people are looking at it all wrong?”

answered: “I don't say that people are looking at it all wrong.”

“Are you willing to share some of the things you learned from being in the dark for several days?”

answered: “If I learned new lessons and then kept them to myself, that that was pretty selfish”

“How do you think chat GPT is going to affect your, the landscape of your business?”

answered: “I'm not much aware about The process, but I'm more concerned, um, not more”

“Give me some examples of times in which you experience groupthink, either you Found that you were the creator of the groupthink, or where you had a client that you found had groupthink already? Like, talk in those kinds of details.”

answered: “I think, first of all, I should explain what groupthink is.”

“What are they doing wrong? If they're not thinking about it, why?”

answered: “My pitch for that is that my fees haven't gone up.”

“Thanks for sticking with us. One of the most important things that a founder has to do as fundraise, whether they like it or not, was it as hard as you thought it would be to get that money?”

answered: “I have my own story, um, but I have their stories”

“So then what's the most important thing or the hardest thing that you know you want to do and yet you haven't done yet? Besides skydiving.”

answered: “I'm going to philosophize this a little bit on you. And not turn it into a particular thing”

“What are the reasons that someone would join a board beyond just investing and having a specific amount of equity?”

answered: “if I go back to the question is why would someone want to join a board?”

“So who knows if it's actually valuable, but on its own, it's quite interesting. Uh, what tool do you know of that, that people are using that ingest the data first before it goes to Chatwt?”

answered: “GPT-IV actually does allow you to infuse a bunch of information or context into it”

“that generate income so that you can use that money for your own operating expenses and, you know, the donations and grants and all that can just go directly to, you know, what you're, so there's, there's many different ways of thinking about it. What percentage of company, what percentage of nonprofits do you think think this way and what percentage of them are actually doing something in this re”

answered: “I think the only answer to that is not enough.”

“Like you're busy, busy, busy. But maybe you're not like doing the most impactful things you could do with like your time or your resources.”

answered: “but it's kind of tangential to the conversation, just something interesting of note.”

“I know that American politics is really built on these exact leaders giving money to these exact politicians to put forth their own agendas. How do you get them to be in a forum where they're actually working towards the benefit of the people rather than just themselves?”

answered: “there is, of course, a lot of money in politics, but there's a lot of money in every place.”

“Right. So how, how do we keep MNA human as time goes on?”

answered: “the answer might surprise you, but I think that AI will become more human.”

“How have you found working with patents to be? How, how important is it or how relevant is it actually to business?”

answered: “I wish that intellectual property was taught as it was taught to me. So let's”

“So you have this money that you can spend for the next two years. How quickly do you think you can see growth return from that?”

answered: “If you look at about say, 70% CAGR, I think that's the good metric”

“Like, did you buy a business that fell apart?”

answered: “Fortunately, I was always able to make the adjustments that I needed to make”

“How can I get to a hundred K a month? And then how can I protect myself from falling apart at that point?”

answered: “what I like to do is, I like to say, would I use the product”

“But how do people get to the point where they actually start feeling that? Cause it's easy to make strides and then actually not feel like you've made any Progress at all.”

answered: “when I'm talking about the integrity game, I say that it's as easy”

“And therefore, how can I have a good relationship with them? Because we're not emotionally in the same playing field.”

answered: “I basically just grew up like alone, more or less through, through, through”

“You said you've been doing this for a long time. What are some of the things you've learned along the way that has helped you to make better decisions about whether something is good to get into or whether it's something that will never succeed?”

answered: “Find that one that you're passionate about. And work it, and work it”

“I have this, the worst headache right now because of, of missing it. Um, I guess it's kind of not really to the creativity part because of the, what I just explained, but I guess we'll, we'll go to the creativity in a minute, but because how do you feel before and after meditation and all that?”

answered: “the whole philosophy around meditation is to let go of expectation. A lot of people”

“say Neil has a new book coming out or he has an idea for a book and he comes to you and he says, Hey, I've got a 100,000 people on your platform that are actively engaging with my, with my AI. Can you run a survey for me and tell me what percentage of them say they would be willing to buy this book before I even write it?”

answered: “Yes. And so you can think about as, as a creator”

“And the older you are, the harder it is to do. Do you agree with that or disagree with that?”

answered: “It depends a bit on what do you mean by health and”

“Or do you think they will evolve naturally in a way over time while living there that they can't come back and their children can't come back? And that eventually they will become a different species.”

answered: “on an evolutionary level... connects to the passion and conscious evolution, there will need to be some training”

“So, people want to love themselves, and they want other people to love themselves too, but saying you love yourself is arrogant. Why?”

answered: “as long as you say with a little humility and humbleness”

“Um, so how does, how does your system tackle that and make it easy for someone like my mom, who doesn't know how to attach an image to an email? To be able to handle something like this.”

answered: “differentiating us from different services that are maybe very good at what they do”

“And how do you handle that? Or how do you rehab that person's career?”

answered: “your question was like, if somebody was falsely accused, right? I have yet to see one”

“Like it was not easy for sure. So how do you help leaders actually position themselves to handle this change mindset?”

answered: “let me back up a couple steps and give you some of our thinking”

“And as we get closer to 20, 30, I think it'll become more important. Obviously what Morpheus is doing is providing an experience for employees, but What other things have you maybe heard of or are thinking about or would like to see or have seen in AR and VR related to tools that employees can use?”

answered: “The idea behind Morpheus is really to provide a platform”
