“The piece that I found is when your coach is also your consultant that's going to be having the to-do list, There is this shift that happens, I think, and there's a reliability that happens from the client where they're like, I'm not sure, what do you think? You know, do whatever you think. I like what you do. And so there's that outsourcing, I think, of decision making and creativity, and they're just kind of like, you know, let me get onto my to-do list. And so there's a real, real difference. There isn't that space for those reflective questions that we talked about, that internal work.”
