“Sometimes when you have a young company, it won't, a young person may not have decided what they want to do in their lives completely. All of a sudden you get a developer that wants to be a project manager. I've had an accountant who wants to be UX designer. It happens. At that point, you need to give them a shot. You need to give them a try to do that. That keeps good, good employees in, and they are more reliable. So, and they do more what they like, and that's important. It increases their productivity.”
