“We do use AI now, so we have a enterprise account through Claude, through Anthropic, and that has significantly sped it up. I mean, that was about two weeks of manual data formatting and crunching to accomplish the analysis five years ago, and today that the formatting happens in minutes, the analysis happens In hours. So we go from this data set of thousands of data points to a fully categorized and very ripe for root cause analysis data set in a day.”
