You know, your frontline is working on today. The things that are happening today, you know, if you add a supervisory layer above that, they should be thinking about like tomorrow and the week. If you add a layer above that, they should be thinking about the month. If you had a layer about that above that, they should be thinking about the quarter. If the layer above that should be thinking about the year. And then once you get all the way to, you know, senior executives, they should be thinking in, in terms of years, plural.”
