The Exchanges

Every argument clarity score on this site is built from rows on this page. Each question and answer was assessed with names hidden, the host's own answers included, on four things from 1 to 5: directness (does it answer the question asked), coherence (do the ideas follow), precision (concrete details and clear references), compression (says a lot per word). The weighted mix (30/30/25/15) is the exchange score. A person's published score averages their exchange scores on raw tape only, at least 8 of them, shrunk toward the cohort mean. Full method →

Every exchange below was scored with names hidden, four dimensions each from 1 to 5. An exchange's score is 0.30·directness + 0.30·coherence + 0.25·precision + 0.15·compression. The published score averages the raw tape exchange scores and shrinks small samples toward the cohort mean, so five great answers can't beat twenty good ones. Produced feed rows count only toward coarse estimates, never toward a full score.

Q Okay. And what is the, um, what's been the driver of that growth? If I had, if I forced you to pick between adding new customers or driving expansion revenue around current customers, what drove most of that growth?

A It's a good combination because, ah, the category is growing. Marketers understand social is not just I need to be there. It's actually driving me, ah, customers. And they want, they are growing their spend. Uh, and they need, and that adds more complexity because the price of, uh, ads just by the comments on Facebook on the last Q-Earning went up 35%. So how can you plan your budgets when a quarter, well it's not a Bitcoin, but it's still 35% going a quarter. Uh, that makes a lot of complexity and how to, how to do that, how to achieve the goal while the, uh, price goes up. So that drives a lot of traction. Also, influencer marketing is, uh, is growing also as a result of ad spend going up. And marketers are looking for alternatives. So, how to identify those influencers that actually resonate with my audiences and perform. So, we're seeing very strong demands for more and more sophisticated tools. That's less about, uh, tools that, uh, just provide you the key metrics on social. And that's exactly where we sit. So, for us, it's, uh, it's an awesome spot and perfect timing.

AI assessment note: “It's a good combination because, ah, the category is growing.”
