Q People always say, like, you know, I have a bunch of infestor friends and they, they all tell me, you know, About how they invested in this new restaurant, and then like two years later I go, so how's the restaurant? And they're like, um, so like, why do people start restaurants? As long as they just lose money?
A I think what happens is people go to, you know, fine dining restaurants, and they wanna show off to their friends, wine and dine, have a nice bottle of wine, and they see the sexy part of the business, right? You can actually, um, See it. Bring a show off, and yeah, be seen and be seen. What they don't see is what goes behind the scene. It's a very hard business. I tell people, um, you know, I get, even to this day at Tarka, people come to me asking constantly, saying, I'm a doctor, I'm an engineer, I work for Dell, um, and I'd like to franchise. Are you ready to franchise your store? And, um, we are not, but we collect email or contact information down the road if we do decide if and when we decide to Franchise, we have a list ready, but what I tell people is, it's not the easy, there are much easier ways to make money. So if you get into it, do it because you are passionate about it.
