The Exchanges

Every argument clarity score on this site is built from rows on this page. Each question and answer was assessed with names hidden, the host's own answers included, on four things from 1 to 5: directness (does it answer the question asked), coherence (do the ideas follow), precision (concrete details and clear references), compression (says a lot per word). The weighted mix (30/30/25/15) is the exchange score. A person's published score averages their exchange scores on raw tape only, at least 8 of them, shrunk toward the cohort mean. Full method →

Every exchange below was scored with names hidden, four dimensions each from 1 to 5. An exchange's score is 0.30·directness + 0.30·coherence + 0.25·precision + 0.15·compression. The published score averages the raw tape exchange scores and shrinks small samples toward the cohort mean, so five great answers can't beat twenty good ones. Produced feed rows count only toward coarse estimates, never toward a full score.

Q 5.8%. And now obviously you drove it down from eight, so that's good, but like, what are you doing to keep driving that down?

A All right. So we, uh, we create, uh, like digital assets for our customers. So we try to, um, we try, we're not trying, we're bringing them to upload their content to save drafts. So they have this, like, Personal content library that they cannot easily export. So that, that's, uh, makes the turn better. And we're also going into direction of, of a service that is not like, you don't have to use it every day. We're more focusing on a value proposition, like anti-active usage product going to this autopilot. So the customer just has to improve. And in a way, if that works for you, you just keep on using it. You save a lot of money. Social media marketing is a tough stuff. It requires a lot of time for Requiring knowledge, keeping finger and pulse for, for all the innovations, Facebook, Instagram, and all other guys are delivering. So we are helping them to save time on that.

Q Okay, great. So, tell us about the business. What does it do, and how do you guys make money?

A Okay, so, um, it is a software as a service, uh, that helps with, uh, content marketing. So, what we do, we, uh, help to create, uh, we help, uh, marketing freelancers, uh, to create, uh, content, high quality content for social networks, Uh, really fast. How we do that? Our main feature is a calendar of content ideas. So, uh, marketing freelancers are pretty frustrated on Monday when they have to fill all those content calendars of their SMB customers. And, uh, they, they are lacking ideas. They have to create ideas all the time. And we have a calendar of ideas. We help them with, uh, finding out what holidays are, uh, uh, are today, what days from the history, what content is trending now on social networks.
