Q Oh, nice. Good, good. How are you, when you launch a new city, how do you do that? I mean, do you just go door knocking or?
A Well, see, that's the interesting thing. We've, we've got, you know, and, and then you can decide of whether you call this launching a new city or not, because we do, but we found a really targeted approach of one-off contracts. So we work with zip car, um, and other car share companies, um, to help find them residential parking spaces. So if you're a homeowner, um, And you've got a driveway, you know, that's not being used. You can get paid to park, to let a zip car be parked there and use it for free. Oh, cool. Yeah. And, uh, they do that through Roost. Uh, and so we just had a, uh, one of our newest unpaid interns coming through, uh, listings and people who are selling space in DC and, uh, calling them up and saying, Hey, I can, I want to park a zip car there. Can I get you a listing on Roost?
